Cancellation policy

1. Cancellations & Itinerary Changes
Please notify us in writing (via email) if you need to cancel your trip or make a significant change to your itinerary (e.g., reducing a 7-day climb to 6 days). The cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your written request.

2. Cancellation Fees
The following fees apply, calculated as a percentage of the total tour price:

• 56 days or more before arrival: 30% cancellation fee.

• 55 to 42 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee.

• 41 to 14 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.

• 13 days or less before arrival, including no-shows: 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be granted.

3. Unused Services & Late Arrivals
No refunds will be given for any unused portions of the tour, whether due to itinerary changes initiated by you, voluntary early departure, late arrival, or no-show.
